Why use Web Quests instead of traditional teaching? Web Quests are a valuable tool in the media center.They increase student motivation and when students are motivated they tend to put more effort into their work. Web Quests also give students an opportunity to work together as a team and use their creativity in ways they don't always get a chance to do. More than anything, Web Quests promote higher order thinking and that needs to be our main goal as educators.
